When do I have to sign up?

10 days before the class date. We remove the link that allows people to pay when the class is full, or the 10 day deadline has been reached. If you need a little more time, Email us.

Do I have to take all of the classes to be a better communicator?

Not necessarily - some people have had formal training in some of the topics, but need to supplement their knowledge with others. Email us to discuss it. A student can take any or all of the classes, but the Mastery class has the prerequisite of two classes (your choice).

Why does the Mastery Class have prerequisites?

The Mastery class deals with applying the theory learned in the other classes. It can be a little intimidating to someone that is not familiar with the theory and it allows the class to move much more quickly and productively.

What if I need more practice?

That's why it is structured the way it is - if you need more practice to feel comfortable, take another Mastery class. Most people start experimenting after their first class and run into some "unexpected" responses that cause them lose their balance. While it is ok to write me for questions any time after you've finished any class, the best way to learn is to enroll in the Mastery class and bring your examples with you. You can walk it through with other students or me. Most people "get it" after one or two Mastery classes, but they may need more practice to feel comfortable.

Do I get professional recertification points for this training?

This course falls under the category of Courses - student credit (non-college or company sponsored) and earns recertification credit for almost any professional society. Please check with your recertification program to be sure.

Do you do teach “in-house”classes at companies

Almost never. The best results come when we mix students from different companies. If a single company fills a workshop with their students, we will accept them. The training is always done at our facility.

Have you heard of this guy or that guy?

Probably - I've been doing this a long time. If I believe that what they teach works, I have incorporated it (or something like it) into the course. If not, then you can teach me a thing or two.
