PATHFINDER COMMUNICATION provides communication workshops to people that recognize that better communication at work will yield better results for themselves and their business. They do more than just facilitate; they lead us through a collaboration process that uses all the information in the data pool to make the very best possible decisions.
Originally a project to help teach techniques for business process improvement, it became clear that the biggest obstacle for improvement practitioners is the HUMAN factor; we find ourselves in conflict with each other and are unable (or unwilling) to move past it. This single factor presents resistance in nearly ALL businesses, nearly ALL of the time. Those people that learn to master conflict, to convert it into energy to improve business results, are the people that move their projects (and their company) towards their maximum potential.
